Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future. Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

How does price match work?

Request a price match before ordering. Product must be exactly the same, from an authorized U.S. dealer, and priced in USD. Excludes closeout items, blemished products, MAP policies, competitor coupons, and major e-commerce marketplaces. Total cost including shipping and taxes must match.

Our flags are made from premium 200 Denier nylon or heavy-duty polyester, depending on the product. Both materials are UV-resistant and designed for outdoor use.

We have no minimum order requirement! You can order as few as one custom flag. Volume discounts are available for larger orders.

We prefer vector files (AI, EPS, PDF, SVG) for the best print quality. High-resolution PNG or JPG files (300 DPI or higher) are also acceptable.

Custom flags typically take 7-10 business days to produce, plus shipping time. Rush orders may be available—contact us for expedited options.

Yes! We provide a digital proof for approval before printing. You'll have the opportunity to review and request revisions before production begins.

How do I return a product?

You have 14 calendar days to return unused items in original condition with receipt. Ship returns to 673 N 600 E, Springville UT 84663. Refunds are issued within 5-7 business days to your original payment method after inspection.
