    Processing Time Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Custom flag orders may require 5-7 additional business days for production before shipping.

    Delivery times are estimates and begin after the order has been processed and shipped.

    Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package through the carrier's website.

    Oversized Items Flag poles and mounting hardware may ship via ground freight due to size and weight. Delivery times for oversized items may vary. You will be notified if your order requires special shipping arrangements.

    Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

    Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address corrections after shipment may incur additional fees.
